To take that a step further, earlier this month, The Up and Up held an in-person event focused on how AI became Gen Z’s kitchen table issue.
We brought together student leaders from The Up and Up’s Gen Z community, digital advocacy organization #HalfTheStory , and Gallup’s Kristjan Archer to unpack two central questions: how does Gen Z really feel about AI and what role should elected officials play in ensuring this nascent technology augments young people’s purpose, rather than replace it?

The event was made possible thanks to support from The Walton Family Foundation — and generously hosted by our friends at The Bench. Thank you to everyone who joined us!
